Deneb Delos Trinos, Membership and Programs Manager is a recent alum of The University of Florida graduating with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology with a Minor in Disabilities in Society. She is currently in her gap year working at The Orthopaedic Institute as a Medical Scribe/Technician preparing for Medical School. Deneb was a part of the UF Chapter of BSLS and joined during her sophomore year in which she served as Fundraising Chair. She then continued to serve the chapter as Vice President during her junior year and President during her senior term. She joined the BSLS Nationals Team on March 2020 as the Social Media Intern and Executive Assistant. Post graduation she has transitioned into her new role as Membership and Programs Manager. Deneb is passionate about women's empowerment and strives to play an active role in fostering a sense of self-worth together with providing accessible resources and opportunities for youth and women alike. During her free time, she enjoys volunteering in the community, playing basketball, reading, and nature activities. Deneb’s favorite quote is “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not rely on your own insight. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths (Proverbs 3: 5-6)”.
